I really liked this place and would totally recommend it to my buddies. The location is awesome, just a stone's throw away from the airport. The staff knows their stuff and really helped us out. Everything was good here! ✨

I enjoyed a nice breakfast with packaged pastries during my stay.

Room next elevator was convenient for my mom who uses a walker but was not too noisy to be a distraction

Building NOT handicap accessible. Lack of communication between shifts. I had to ask for kitchen set up and a hair dryer???

A strong Oder of cigarette smoke

I had a pleasant stay during my business trip here; the staff was friendly, the room was newly renovated featuring a double bed and provided soap, and everything appeared clean and well-maintained.

The room was newly remodeled and large with soap as well as a double bed. The interior of the rooms was soothing. It had a comfy location near Portland and shopping venues. Perfect for a one-night family reunion event in Vancouver.

Appreciated our rooms with double beds. The location was favourable, just off Washington-Extended Stay America and the grocery store across the street and easily accessible. And it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from Jimmy John's, ate there couple of times.

The well-kept room had all the amenities and made for a comfortable night's sleep.

We had a blast at Extended Stay America! The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially towards our party group. The front desk helped us with our requests and even assisted in moving our belongings. They also allowed us to store our items before check-in, making our stay more convenient. The surrounding areas and hallways were peaceful, helping us relax after our festivities. This hotel is definitely one of our top choices for party-friendly stays.

Convenient, close to what we needed to be close to. Price OK, but should have handled change in stay triggering a discount better. Good to be able to cook in room kitchen.

Shower drain was clogged. Water stopped up almost immediately upon running water. Acts like typical hair/soap clog. No way cleaning staff should have ever missed this if they run water to rinse the tub. Booked us in room across from elevator so we could clearly hear the elevator dings during the early morning hours (even though most of our floor was unoccupied).

The first desk person ( a guy) was every friendly

The bed had bed bugs and the towels in the bathroom seem dirty
